Top 5 plastic free products

It’s Plastic Free July and what better time to share some of our favourite top 5 plastic free products with you. I originally set Eco-Able up after a conversation with my sister about plastic free July and almost 6 years later I’m really proud of our range of products. We try to curate products from the most useful everyday to gorgeous gifts, making it easier to shop sustainably and cut down on waste. So here are our favourites for July:

  • Insect repellent and after bite balm – we know we’re cheating a bit on these as they are two products, but in the summer you can’t really have one without the other can you?! Brilliant natural products packaged without plastic, these get popped in our suitcases whenever we go anywhere and with the warmer weather in the UK they’re an everyday necessity during the summer months at home too.
  • Linen bowl cover – these amazing covers are beautiful as well as extremely practical, offering a covering to keep bugs and flies off food whilst allowing the contents to breathe!
  • Face washcloths – beautiful designs making the perfect gift, these are a summer ‘must have’ for hot days and sweaty nights!
  • Shampoo bars and Conditioner bars – another double product as you can’t have one without the other, ideal fr travel and perfect for festivals these are a great low waste and light item for packing. Plus the conditioner bars double up as shave bars, making it even easier to live waste free.
  • ‘Oceans Away’ children’s book – a lovely summer read for little ones, with beautiful illustrations of some of our favourite sea creatures and helping children understand why Plastic Free July is so important.

Anything we missed? Feel free to let us know your favourites!
