For purchases of more than £50 you’ll benefit from free shipping!

We’ll post out your order of sustainable products Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays or Public Holidays)

Your exciting environmentally friendly delivery may require a signature

Delivery restrictions

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses

We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may incur an additional charge.

If you choose more than one delivery address for your order, a delivery charge will be applied per address.

International delivery available on request

 

Returns

 We want you to be completely happy with your order of eco-friendly products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

 We will gladly exchange the item for a replacement or make a refund back using the same method that you made your original purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges and you will be charged for sending any exchange items by post. Personalised products are considered a final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

 You have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your purchase. This period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Notify us in writing within 14 working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us for a refund. You must provide a proof of purchase. We will only refund to the original purchaser.

Should you wish to return an item, after notifying us of your wish to return, ensure you enclose the order slip included with your delivery note in the original order.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
