In each children’s affirmations cards pack there are 14 different cards, plus each pack comes with a drawstring bag for storage. Use a card stand to help your child focus on one affirmation at a time. Use with the breathing boards to develop a positive mantra for the day. Setting intentions is a great way for us all to begin our days. Talking to ourselves in a positive way is beneficial for both adults and children alike. We know it’s important to look after our mental well being just as much as our physical one. Daily mindful routines can be important in doing this.
They are printed onto Eco-Kraft card so that the print is easily visible and the children aren’t distracted by bright colours. This can also be particularly helpful for children with additional learning needs.
The cards are printed on A6 Eco Kraft recycled card 270gsm and come with an organic cotton bag to store them in. They make the ideal plastic free gift!
